摘 要:通过实验模拟以及对浸没式膜过滤(SMF)系统工程进行现场监测,研究温度条件对浸没式超滤膜性能和SMF系统运行稳定性的影响.结果表明:随着水温的升高,膜通量逐渐升高,膜断裂伸长率会上升到一个更高的范围,SMF系统跨膜压差(TMP)逐渐增大,化学增强反洗(CEB)的效果会逐渐增强;冬季在满足水厂供水要求的情况下适当使SMF系统以低通量运行能有效控制膜污染.Through experimental simulation and field monitoring to the submerged membrane filtration (SMF) system, the ef-fects of temperature condition on the properties of submerged ultrafiltration membrane and the operation stability of SMF system are investigated. The results show that, with the rise of the water temperature, the permeation flux of the membrane would increase gradually, membrane elongation at break would rise to a higher range, trans-mem-brane pressure (TMP) of the SMF system is increasing, and the effect of the chemically enhanced backwash (CEB) of the SMF system would enhance increasingly. Without affecting the water supply of the water plant in win-ter, try to run the SMF system in a lower setting filtration flow could control membrane pollution effectively.
