摘 要:为了查清新时期地下水超采状况,强化地下水管理与保护,山西省目前开展了地下水超采区复核划分工作,主要采用水位动态法、开采系数法和诱发问题法。划分结果表明,部分孔隙水超采区在采取关井压采等措施后,其超采局面得到扭转,但未采取措施的超采区却有加重之势。因此建议尽快完成禁采和限采区的划分,制定超采区监管对策,实施最严格水资源管理制度,以逐步改善我省水生态环境。For the purpose of checking up on the condition of underground water over-exploitation in new period and strengthening the administration and protection of underground water, Shanxi Province begins to carry out the work of re-examination and partition of the over-exploited area. The methods of water level dynamics, exploitation coefficient and induced problem were used. The partition result indicated that after taking the action of shut pressure and so on, some of pore water over-exploitation conditions were improved, but over-exploited area that didn't take actions became worse. In order to gradually improve the water ecological environment of our province, this article suggests to finish the partition of exploitation ban area and exploitation limited area as soon as possible, to formulate measures of over-ex- ploited area, to implement the most strict Water Resource Management Institution.
