摘 要:水煤浆是由液固两相组成的非牛顿流体,流变特性和稳定性十分复杂,影响因素也很多。其流变特性和稳定特性对管道输送和燃烧性能起着决定性的作用。对含酚废水水煤浆,能否满足实际生产的需要,对实施节约用水、废水再生利用具有重要的意义。采用神华集团的神华配煤和高浓度含酚废水制备水煤浆,研究水质、浓度和温度对水煤浆流变特性和稳定性的影响,并与自来水制备的水煤浆进行性能比较,结果表明:含酚废水水煤浆,表观黏度随温度的升高而降低,随浓度增加而增大,相对于自来水水煤浆,在的流变特性和静态稳定性上大大地得到改善。因此,其不仅达到了节约用水、废水资源化再利用的目的,也实现了降低制浆成本的目标,经济和社会效益显著。Coal water slurry (CWS) is a kind of non-Newtonian fluid, composed of liquid-and-solid two- phase substance. Being subjected to many influencing factors, its rheological properties and stability are very complicated,and play a decisive role in pipeline transmission and combustion performance. The features in theological properties and stability of Coal Water Slurry by Using High Concentration Phenolic Wastewater are of great significance to meet the needs of the actual production and actualize the water conservation and wastewater recycle. Coal water slurry (CWS) was prepared by using Shenhua coal blending of Shenhua Group and high concentration Phenolic wastewater. The influence of water quality, temperature and concentration on the rheological properties and stability of the slurry has been studied, and then the performances of coal water slurry prepared by Phenolic wastewater and tap water were compared. The results show that, the visual viscosity of the slurry will decrease with an increase of temperature and increase with an increase of the slurry concentration. The introduction of phenol in Phenolic wastewater will greatly improve the rheological properties and stability of the slurry, compared with coal water slurry prepared by tap water. Therefore, the slurry could save water and recycle wastewater, also could reduce the cost of the slurry, the economic and social benefits are significant.
