摘　　要：运用体育学、体育社会学和体育管理学等学科理论知识,采用文献资料、问卷调查、走访调研、数理统计等研究方法,对延安市企业职工体育锻炼的频度、时间、项目、场所、场地设施和影响企业职工体育锻炼因素进行了调查研究,了解企业职工体育锻炼的情况,分析存在问题和不足,并提出相应的研究方案和解决措施,为延安市企业职工体育活动的开展提供科学、可靠、可行的理论依据。The sports study, subjects such as sociology and management of theoretical knowledge, and take the litera- ture data method, questionnaire survey method, visiting survey method, mathematical statistics method, the Yah an city enterprise staff sports exercise frequency, time, project, places ,facilities and influence factors of the staff sports exercise on the investigation and research, and understand the staff sports exercise, analyzes the existing problems and the insufficiency and put forward the corresponding research scheme and the measures to solve the Yan an city for enterprise staff sports activities to provide scientific, reliable and practical theory basis.
