摘 要:目的:调查护士长人格特质和变革型领导行为的现状,探讨人格特质与变革型领导行为的相关性。方法:采用调查问卷法对武汉市3所三级甲等医院47名在职护士长和235名护士进行调查。结果:护士长外向性高于常模(P<0.05),精神质和神经质低于常模(P<0.05);外向性与变革型领导行为呈正相关(r>0.29,P<0.05),精神质和神经质与变革型领导行为呈负相关(P<0.05);学历和任职年限对护士长的变革型领导行为无相关性。结论:护士长人格特质与变革型领导行为存在相关性,其中精神质为变革型领导行为的预测因子。Objective:To investigate the situation of the personality of a head nurse and transformational leadership behaviors and study the correlation between them. Methods : A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 47 in - service head nurses and 235 in - serv- ice nurses of three grade Ⅲ - A hospitals in Wuhan city. Results : The results of the investigation show that the extraversion score of person- ality of head nurses was significantly higher than norm, psychoticism and neuroticism scores were lower than the norm ( P 〈 0.05) ; the relationship between the personality and transformational leadership behavior showed that extraversion score were positively correlated with transformational leadership ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Psychoticism and neuroticism scores were negatively correlated with transformational leadership behavior ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the transformational leadership behavior wasnt correlated with age and the years of service of head nurses. Conclusion : The personality of a head nurse is correlated with the transformational leadership and the psychoticism is the predictor of the transfor- mational leadership behavior.
