辽宁省县际经济的发展差异、特征及其成因

摘　　要：适当的区域经济发展差异有利于推动资源的有效配置和产业的空间转移,但过大的区域经济差异则会弱化已经形成的区域经济分工与合作,严重的还会对区域经济发展和社会稳定造成负面影响.以辽宁省县域为研究单元,并以全省85个县域自2001～2010年人均GDP标准差、变异系数作为衡量经济差异的测度指标,揭示辽宁省县域经济绝对差异随时间变化而逐步扩大、相对差异却逐步缩小的演变特征.运用SPSS17.0软件对2010年全省85个县域的10项经济指标进行主成分分析,认为一般发达型县域和欠发达型县域呈环状且不规则地分布于各经济发达型和较发达型县域的外围区域,各类型之间差异是自然环境、地理区位和政府策略等几个主要因素综合作用的结果.The new economic geography hold that moderate differences in regional economic development facilitate the efficient allocation of resources and the shift of industries in regions,but the oversized differences will weaken the existing division of labor and economic cooperation,or even do harm to the regional economic and social stability.Taking the countries（including counties,county-level cities and municipal districts） of Liaoning as the study object,using 85 counties＇ standard deviations and the coefficients of variation of GDP per capita as the measuring indicator form 2001 to 2010,this paper reveals and analyzes the evolutionary characteristics of Liaoning province county economy that the absolute differences vary with time and gradually expanded,the relative difference is narrow.The 10 economic indexes of 85 counties in Liaoning province are analyzed with principal component analysis by using the SPSS17.0 software,the finding shows that these county regions in Liaoning province are divided into 4 types which are well-developed region,developing region,generally region and less developed region,believe that the generally and less developed regions are the outlying regions of the ring and irregular distribution of the well-developed and developing regions,and the natural environment,geographical location and government policy are the combined results of the major factors in differences of various types.
