摘 要:本文根据分数槽基本原理,从新的角度对分数槽进行了介绍,采用电机向量星形图对分数槽绕组进行分析,分析中引入分数槽电机元的概念,实现了分数槽电机的简化向量分析。同时采取简单方法快速确定了分数槽电机的循环数,完成了槽绕组的分配,实现绕线过程。将分数槽应用到低速直线电机上,利用Ansys软件对其电磁场进行了仿真。Based on a profound analysis of fractional slot, this article gave an interpretation of the fractional slot from the new perspective. The new way of understanding method corresponded with the new vector diagram of the main harmonics. In the analysis, the concept of fractional slot motor element is introduced, the simplified vector analysis of fractional slot motor was achieved, and at the same time, the amount of fractional slot motor's cycle was determined quickly, the distribution of slot winding was finished, the process of coiling was realized. The concept of fractional slot was ported to the linear motor, and used the Ansys software to simulate the electromagnetic field of fractional-slot linear motor.
