摘 要:生物柴油是解决能源和环境问题的主要替代燃油之一。研究了一种利用盐析效应萃取生物柴油的方法,结果表明,硫酸钠的效果最好。在单因素实验的基础上,进行了二次回归正交实验,建立了回归方程数学模型,最佳萃取条件为:硫酸钠溶液浓度5.49 mol/L,萃取时间37 min,此时预测的生物柴油得率为97.99%,实测的生物柴油得率为97.957%,实验结果与模型预测值相近,说明采用二次多项式回归分析得到的提取条件可用。Biodiesel is one of the main substitute fuel to solve the problem of environment and energy. Sal ting-out extraction was used for recovery of biodiesel, the results showed that the effect of sodium sulfate was the best. On the basis of single-factor experiment, second regression of central composite design, and establish to a mathematical models of regression equation, the optimal extraction conditions were as fol- lows: sodium sulfate solution 5. 49 mol/L, extraction time 37 min, the predicted biodiesel rate was 97.99% ,the experimental value was 97. 957%, which was agreed with model predictions ,the conditions obtained by regression analysis of central composite were applicable
