摘 要:在N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂、偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂条件下,以丙烯酸钠单体与苯乙烯单封端聚乙二醇(St-PEG)大分子单体进行自由基分散共聚,制备交联共聚树脂。性能测试结果表明,共聚物具有协同破乳脱水性能,50℃条件下,废油破乳脱水率可达78%以上。作用分析结果表明,共聚物对废油中存在的沥青质、胶质等天然乳化成膜物质具有较强的吸附能力,是聚丙烯酸钠脱水树脂的3~5倍,且聚合物处理后,模拟乳状液中的界面物质含量减少了56%,其油水界面剪切粘度和界面弹性均明显下降,这说明聚合物的吸附作用是导致破乳过程发生的重要原因。Crosslinked poly ( ethylene glycol) -co-poly ( acrylic acid sodium) copolymer were prepared by dispersion copolymerization of St-PEG macromonomer with acrylic acid sodium in the present of N, N'- methylenebisacrylamide (Bis) as crosslinker and 2, 2' -azobis (isobutyronitrile) (AIBN) as initiator. The results showed that the copolymer had the capability of dewatering cooperated with demulsification, dewa- tering rate of emulsified oil was higher than 78% at 50 ℃ condition. The experimental results of action a- nalysis showed that copolymer had strong adsorption capability on asphaltine and colloid in waste oil was 3 ~ 5 times of the PAAS, interracial active matter decreased by 56% ,interracial shear viscosity and inter- facial elasticity of emulsion oil decreased obviously after eopolymer treatment. It could illustrate adsorption behavior of copolymer was important factor that lead to the occurrence of demulsification.
