摘  要:用二氯二茂钛/三异丁基铝/B(C6F5)3催化体系对1-辛烯的聚合进行了研究。考察了催化剂浓度、反应温度、反应时间、Al/Ti摩尔比、B/Ti摩尔比等对齐聚产物收率的影响。结果表明,1-辛烯齐聚的最佳工艺条件是催化剂浓度0.026 6 mmol,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为1 h,Al/Ti摩尔比100,B/Ti摩尔比1.5。在最佳工艺条件下,进行了放大实验,产品收率为96%。With the titanocene dichloride/triisobutylaluminium/tris (pentafluorophenyl)borane catalytic system on 1-octene polymerization was studied. Investigating the influence of the catalyst concentration, re- action temperature, reaction time, A1/Ti molar ratio,B/Ti molar ratio and process conditions on the yield of product. The results showed that the 1-octene gathered the best technology condition of catalyst concen- tration is 0. 026 6 mmol, reaction temperature of 60 ℃, and the reaction time for 1 h, A1/Ti mole ratio is 100, B/Ti mole ratio is 1.5. Under the optimum conditions, the amplified experiment was carried out, the product yield was 96%.
