摘　　要：目的对重庆三峡中心医院鲍曼不动杆菌(Ab)的临床分布状况及耐药趋势进行分析,以期为临床防治提供参考。方法回顾性分析2010年8月—2012年6月经该院微生物免疫室分离的520例Ab临床标本,总结Ab临床分布状况及耐药性情况。结果 434株Ab于痰标本中检出(83.4%)。Ab主要源于重症监护室(159株,30.6%)、神经外科(87株,16.7%)及呼吸科(65株,12.5%)的送检标本。Ab对几乎所有抗菌药物的耐药性呈逐年上升的趋势,阿米卡星成为本院治疗Ab最为敏感的抗菌药物(敏感性33.1%)。结论 Ab在痰标本中检出率最高,临床主要分布科室为ICU。临床分离的Ab耐药谱在不断发生变化,临床应根据本地区Ab的耐药情况科学选择和联用抗菌药物。Objective To analyze the clinical distribution and resistance tendency of Acinetobacter baumannii（Ab） in Chongqing Three Gorges Central Hospital,and to provide evidence for clinical prevention and therapy.Methods The clinical distribution and the resistance results of 500 strains of Ab which were isolated from a variety of clinical specimens from August 2010 to June 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The majority of these Ab strains was isolated from sputum（159 strains,account for 83.4%）.The majority of these Ab strains was distributed in ICU（159 strains,accounting for 30.6%）,and neurosurgery（87 strains,accounting for 16.7%）and Pneumology Department（65 strains,accounting for 12.5%）.Other common wards isolated 36 strains（accounting for 18.0%）.The resistance of Ab showed the rising tendency to all kinds of antibiotics.Amikacin was the most sensitive drug of treating Ab（the sensitivity was 331% in 2012）.Conclusions The majority of Ab disributes in ICU.The resistance characteristics of Ab are changing continuously,so doctors must pay attention to that to apply antibiotics reasonably.
