摘　　要："村改居"社区文化建设存在一些问题:社区认同感和归属感偏低、文化设施建设相对落后、队伍建设较为薄弱等。必须把握矛盾的同一性和特殊性,坚持社会主义方向;把握质量互变规律,做到循序渐进、有张有弛;抓主要矛盾,积极化解社区文化建设中的各种问题。There are some problems in the community culture construction of residence committee from village committee： the Community identity and sense of belonging is low, the construction of cultural facilities is relatively backward, the team construction is relatively weak, etc. Thus we Must grasp the contradiction of identity and particularity, adhere to the socialist direction; Grasp the quality interconvert rule, do it step by step; Tackling the principal contradiction, and actively resolve the various problems in the construction of community culture.
