摘　　要：基于文化强国的战略思考,着眼于网络文化建设的视角,对红色网站的产生和发展、地位和作用进行了深入的探讨。红色网站是中国特色网站,它作为我国党建和思想政治教育的新型载体,在网络文化建设和文化强国战略中的地位和作用无可替代。This article based on the strategy thought of strengthening the country by the culture probed into the appearance, development, standing and the function of the Red Website, viewed to the construction of the network culture. The Red Website is considered to be the Chinese unique feature, it is the new carrier of our country＇s party construction and ideology and politics. Its standing and function can not be replaced in the network culture construction and the strategy of strengthening the country by the culture.
