摘  要:研究了水平螺旋缩放波纹管管外的冷凝传热性能,考察了两种折流元件及其间距对总传热系数和冷凝传热膜系数的影响。实验结果表明,折流栅换热器优于折流板换热器,并且在折流栅间距为200mm时获得最好的传热效果,相对折流板换热器,折流栅换热器的总传热系数和冷凝传热膜系数最大分别可提高50%及142%。This paper studies the condensation heat transfer performance outside the horizontal spiral corrugated tube and reviews the effects of the baffling element type and spacing on the overall heat transfer coefficient and the condensation heat transfer coefficient.The results show that the heat transfer performance of the rod baffle heat exchanger is better than the segmental baffle heat exchanger,and the heat transfer efficiency is optimum as the spacing of the rod baffle is 200 mm.Compared with the segmental baffle heat exchanger,the overall heat transfer coefficient and condensation heat transfer coefficient of the rod baffle heat exchanger can be enhanced by 50% and 142% respectively at the most.
