摘　　要：分析了延迟焦化装置热油泵机封泄漏的主要原因,介绍了其机封改造选型的实施过程,描述了机封辅助设施的重要性,它可以改善热油泵机封的工作环境,是机械密封长期平稳运行的关键,对提高热油泵运行的可靠度至关重要。This paper analyzes the main reasons for the mechanical seal leakage in hot oil pump of delayed coking plant.It introduces the implementation process for the modification and selection of the mechanical seal and describes the importance of the auxiliary facilities of the mechanical seal.This may improve the working environment of the mechanical seal in hot oil pump and it's the key for the long-term stable operation of the mechanical seal.And it is of vital importance for improving the reliability of the hot oil pump operation.
