摘  要:目的分析某计算机通讯电子设备新建企业生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,确定职业病危害的关键控制点。方法采用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法进行识别。结果该厂房存在化学毒物、粉尘、噪声、高温、激光、工频电磁场。现场检测粉尘浓度0.9~15.2 mg/m3,噪声强度63.2~91.6dB(A),粉尘和噪声均有少数岗位超标,针对超标点超标原因整改后复检结果符合职业接触限值要求,其余化学毒物、高温、工频电磁场的浓度或强度均符合职业接触限值要求。职业健康检查发现少数接触噪声人员听力异常。结论根据职业病危害的分布及治理的重点与难点筛选关键控制点,该企业须重视和做好关键控制点的管理与防治措施,使职业病发生的风险概率降低。Objective To analyze the occupational hazards and key control points in the new factory of computer electronic communications equipment. Methods The methods of occupational hygiene investigation, detection and medical examina- tion were applied. Results The occupational hazard factors that existed in the factory were chemical poisons, dust, noise, high temperature, laser and electromagnetic field. Field monitoring showed that dust concentration ranged from 0. 9 - 15.2 mg/m3 , noise intensities ringed from 63.2 -91.6 dB(A). A few of posts in dust and noise exceeded the requirements of national standards. After innovation, test results were consistent with the occupational exposure limits, the other chemicals, high temperature and power frequency electromagnetic field accorded with national standards. The medical examination revealed some workers hearing abnormality because of exposed to noise. Conclusion Based on the occupational hazards distribution and management on emphasis and difficulty of screening key control points, the enterprises should do a good job of key control points management and measures so as to reduce the risk probability of occupational diseases.
