摘 要:技术改造是选矿厂发展、节约成本、提高效益的有效方法,在卡房单铜矿生产试验研究和实践中,通过选矿工艺的研究,引进节能、高效、大型化的先进选矿设备,完善了多段细碎、单铜矿混合浮选、铜粗精矿分级细磨、铜硫分离,药剂制度调整等。从而提高了卡房单铜矿生产指标,提升了选矿生产能力和装备水平,提高了资源利用率,延长了矿山寿命,取得了很好的生产效果。Technical transformation is the effective way for the development, cost saving and benefit increasing of dressing plant, in the production, experimental investigation and practice for single copper ore beneficiation in Kafang mine, the energy saving, high effi- ciency, large-scale advanced equipment are imported according to the research of benefieiation process, and the multi-stage fine crushing, bulk flotation for single copper ore, classification and fine grinding of rough concentrate, separation of copper and sulfur aml the adjustment of reagent system are improved too. Thereby the production index of single copper ore in Kafang Mine is increased, so that the beneficiation production capacity, equipment level and the resource utilization are improved, and the mine life is extended too, and the good production effect was achieved.
