太湖猪实验动物化的初步研究——太湖猪血液生理指标测定与分析

摘　　要：目的:研究太湖猪不同发育阶段和不同性别血液生理指标变化情况和变化范围。方法:选取2月龄太湖猪11头,4月龄和6月龄太湖猪各12头,测定主要血液生理指标。应用SPSS 10.0软件进行统计分析。结果:不同月龄的太湖猪大部分指标差异无统计学意义,血小板分布宽度随月龄逐渐增加(P<0.05);中性粒细胞率不同月龄间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同月龄不同性别太湖猪血液生理指标差异无统计学意义。结论:实验用太湖猪与其他实验猪、人类血液生理特性有一定的相似性。Objective： To analyze the characteristics of blood physiological parameters in Taihu pig in different developmental stages.Methods： The main blood physiological parameters of total of 35 Taihu pigs at 2,4 and 6 month-old were measured.Results： The results showed that the majority of blood physiological parameters were not significantly different except NEU% and PDW among 3 groups.The majority of blood physiological parameters between the male and female pigs were not significantly different.Conclusion： Some physiological characteristics of Taihu pigs and other mini-pigs are similar to those in human beings.
