盐酸罂粟碱与冬眠Ⅰ号注射液的配伍观察及效果评价

摘　　要：目的:观察盐酸罂粟碱与冬眠Ⅰ号注射液的配伍的稳定性及效果评价,为促进合理用药及提高疗效提供依据。方法:将盐酸罂粟碱注射液分别加入氯丙嗪注射液、异丙嗪注射液、盐酸哌替啶注射液及其混合液中观察pH值、澄明度、颜色的变化;对照组采取一针两管肌内注射,实验组采取两针两管分开分次肌内注射,疗程7 d,观察注射部位皮肤损害程度,瘀斑、硬结、疼痛的程度。结果:盐酸罂粟碱分别与氯丙嗪、异丙嗪配伍后颜色有变化,而与盐酸哌替啶注射液配伍无颜色变化,但两者pH相差较大。实验组臀部硬结、肿块、瘀斑、疼痛发生例(率)明显小于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:盐酸罂粟碱与冬眠Ⅰ号存在配伍禁忌,最好两针两管分开分次注射,减轻患者痛苦,提高断指再植成活率。护士不能机械执行医嘱,要注意药物配伍,不良反应及疗效,必要采取护理干预措施,保证合理用药,减少护理并发症的发生。Objective： To observe the compatibility stability and effectiveness evaluation of papaverine hydrochloride and hibernation I injection in order to promote rational drug use and improve the outcome.Methods： We added respectively chlorpromazine injection,promethazine injection,pethidine hydrochloride injection and mixture to papaverine hydrochloride injection to observed the changes of pH value,clarity and color.We take a way of two-pin two-tube intramuscular injection in 100 cases of the experimental group,and take a pin and two-tube intramuscular injections in 100 cases of the control group,the course time of treatment is 7 days.The skin damage were compared.Results： After the compatibility of papaverine hydrochloride and chlorpromazine or promethazine,the color of mixture had been changed,and the color of the mixture of papaverine hydrochloride and pethidine hydrochloride injection had not been changed,but the difference of pH value between the two was significantly differences.Hip induration,mass,ecchymosis and pain cases（rate） of the experimental group was significantly less than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusions： Papaverine hydrochloride and hibernation Ⅰ incompatibility best two-pin two separate sub-injection,to relieve patient suffering and improve the survival rate of replantation of amputated fingers.The nurse can not be mechanically perform a clinical instruction,and should be pay attention to the drug compatibility,adverse reactions and efficacy.The nurse need to take care interventions to ensure the rational use of medicines to ensure patient safety.
