甘草种苗质量分级标准研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨甘草种苗质量分级标准,为甘草药材规范化生产奠定基础。方法:在对全国栽培甘草主产区1年生种苗的调查与测定基础上,以根长、D芦头和D20为分级指标,采用标准差法并结合生产实践对甘草种苗进行分级,进一步通过田间栽培比较试验对划分的等级进行验证。结果与结论:初步制定甘草种苗的3个等级,一等种苗:根长≥45cm,D芦头≥8.0mm,D20≥4.5mm;二等种苗:35cm≤根长<45cm,6.0mm≤D芦头<8.0mm,3.0mm≤D20<4.5mm;三等种苗:25cm≤根长<35cm,4.0mm≤D芦头<6.0mm,1.5mm≤D20<3.0mm。Objective： To explore the seedling classification criteria of licorice （Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fiseh. ）, and provide a basis for good agriculture practice （GAP） of licorice. Methods： Four phenotypic traits, including root length （RL）, root diameter （RD）, diameter of 20 cm below the root head （D20）, and lateral root number （LRN） of 1-year seedling of licorice origin main cultured location have been measured. Using standard deviation and combining with the production practice of licorice, seedlings was classified base on first three phenotypic traits. In order to validate the rationality of the classification, a field experiment was performed among three grades of licorice. Results and conclusion： The criteria of the 1st-grade seedling were as follows ： RL above 45 cm, RD above 8 mm, and D20 above 4. 5 mm. The criteria of the 2nd-grade seedling were as follows： 35 to 45 em of RL, 6 to 8 mm of RD, and 3 to 4.5 mm of D20. The criteria of the 3rd-grade seedling were as follows： 25 to 35 cm of RL, 4 to 6 mmofRD, and 1.5 to3 mmofD20.
