云南石林县长跨村发展肉鸡养殖业的调查与思考

摘　　要：通过对云南石林县长跨村发展肉鸡养殖业的调查,发现鸡场建设位置不当,为传染病暴发埋下了巨大隐患;鸡场管理制度及环境管理混乱,水源管理不当;虽重视鸡病的治疗,但不重视疾病的防范,缺乏基本饲养技术.暴露出在农村养殖业中,存在农民文化素质不适应现代养殖技术要求,缺乏规避风险意识及村级养殖管理和协调,龙头企业对养殖户的指导不足,农村职业技术培训与生产发展不相适应等深层次的原因.为此,提出在发展农村养殖业过程中加强综合协调的意见和建议.After the investigation of broiler industry development in Changkua village of Shilin county in Yunnan province, the resuhs showed that the location is not proper with potential possibilities for infectious diseases ; the management system, environment and water source management are in mess. Much more attention has been paid to the treatment of disease than to the prevention of disease, as well as lack of the basic breeding technology. It is exposed that in the development of aquaculture in rural areas, farmers＇ cultural knowledge does not adapt to the technical requirements of modern culture, especially lack of risk awareness and village farming manage- ment and coordination. In addition, the leading enterprises can not provide guidance for farmers. Rural vocational and technical training do not match the development of production. Due to the reasons mentioned above, the views and proposals are put forward for strengthening comprehensive coordination in the course of development of rural farming.
