摘　　要：本文通过对既有文献进行研究分析,归结出目前国内企业社会工作发展存在的诸多问题及改进措施,并指出已有企业社工研究的诸多不足,以期为进一步开展相关研究提供借鉴。In recent years, enterprise society work got a big development in our country, and became the focus of the theory. This article sums up the existing problems and im- provement measures at the present domestic enterprise social work development, points out some imperfections in related re- search, aiming at providing reference for the further study.
