摘  要:针对大机组存在的凝汽器真空度不佳和微量渗漏现象无法有效甄别的问题,提出了氢电导率和脱气氢电导率联合测试技术加以解决。采用凝结水氢电导率和脱气氢电导率联合测试技术,实现对氯离子和二氧化碳含量的监控,可有效识别凝结水系统故障,其原理在于凝结水中二氧化碳含量过高的主要诱因为真空严密性不良,而不挥发性杂质含量升高则与凝汽器泄漏有关。Considering difficult differentiating between bad vacuum and light leak of condenser, combined test technology of cation conductivity and degassed cation conductivity was put forward to resolve. Combined test of cation conductivity and degassed cation conductivity for condensate can inspect the content of chloride and carbon dioxide, which can distinguish the failure of condenser system. The principle consists of higher carbon dioxide content related to bad vacuum and higher fixed impurity content related to leak of the condenser.
