摘　　要：控制和利用雨水已经成为人们的共识,该文详细地分析了雨水利用系统的费用组成及系统效益评价。并以深圳建科大楼为例,对该楼的雨水利用系统的运营及效益评价作了分析,以便供其他类似工程参考。Control and reclamation of the rainwater have become a consensus of the society. In this paper, a detailed analysis of cost composition and effectiveness assessment of rainwater reclamation system were introduced. Taking Jianke Building in Shenzhen as an example, the reclamation system of this building gave an illustration of the cost and effectiveness assessment.
