摘 要:现有研究表明金属支架置入术对冠心病患者的近期疗效显著,但仍存在金属材料组织相容性差、血栓源性强、再狭窄率高及支架永久存留等缺点,远期效果不理想。而新一代生物全降解支架不仅能提供类似金属支架的支撑力度,且能克服上述缺点,还可作为药物缓释的载体,达到有效降低支架置入术后局部血管急性闭塞和再狭窄发生率的目的。生物全降解冠状动脉支架研制应用已不断取得进展,现主要介绍已进入临床试验阶段的几种主要生物全降解支架的研究进展,并探讨其未来研发方向及临床应用前景。The placement of the metal stent has early remarkable curative effect,but the rate of restenosis is still very high.Stents left permanent inside,the long-term limitations of the metallic drug-eluting stents(DES),such as poor histocompatibility,strong thrombosis endogenous,high restenosis rate and permanent caging,the long-term effect is not ideal.As a part of cardiac tissue engineering,biodegradable coronary scaffold,totally degraded within human body during certain time after implantation,could be an ideal and suitable interventional therapy for myocardial infarction because of the good biocompatibility and physical property of biodegradation.Here is to make a review on the biodegradable stent which have entered clinical research,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the different types,in order to seek the further design and application orientation.
