摘　　要：腹腔镜技术是微创外科技术中不可或缺的一部分,在腹部外科手术中已经得到广泛开展,为了进一步推动我国腹腔镜结直肠手术更好地发展,现介绍国内外单孔腹腔镜结直肠手术开展现状,对经脐单孔腹腔镜结直肠手术的诞生背景、发展过程、应用前景、优缺点以及相关适应证和禁忌证进行全面阐述。Laparoscopic technology is an integral part of minimally invasive techniques,which has been widely used in the abdominal surgeries.In order to further promote the better development of laparoscopic colorectal surgery in China,here is to make a review on the occurrence,development,and application prospects,strengths and weaknesses,as well as related indications and contraindications of single-port laparoscopic colorectal surgery at home and abroad.
