手足口病患儿心肌酶谱、白细胞计数及血糖监测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨手足口病患儿心肌酶谱、白细胞计数的变化及其临床意义。方法选择宜兴市人民医院收治的手足口病患儿114例作为观察组(普通型94例,重型20例),另外同期选择44例健康儿童作为对照组,检测其心肌酶谱、白细胞计数及空腹血糖,并进行比较。结果观察组手足口病患儿心肌酶谱明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗3 d后空腹血糖、白细胞计数均明显下降,与刚入院时相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论空腹血糖和白细胞计数可以作为手足口病患儿病情和预后的参考指标,临床上应及时有效地给予营养心肌等治疗措施,积极防止并发症。Objective To study the changes of serum myocardial enzymes,white blood cell count and fasting plasma glucose in the children with hand,foot and mouth disease（HFMD）and to explore its clinical significance.Methods Serum myocardial enzymes,white blood cell count and fasting plasma glucose were examined in 114 cases with HFMD（94 ordinary cases and 20 severe cases）,and 44 health in control group during the same period in Yixing People′s Hospital.Results The children with HFMD had significantly higher level of myocardial enzymes compared with the control group（P0.05）;after treatment of HFMD had significantly lower of fasting plasma and white blood cell count compared with ordinary case group（P0.05）.Conclusion The level of fasting plasma glucose and white blood cell count can be used as a reference indicator of the condition and prognosis of HFMD.Treatment measures such as nutrition myocardium should be timely and effectively applied in clinical,as well as active prevention of complications.
