国产与进口荧光定量PCR试剂检测HBV DNA的结果比较

摘　　要：目的:评价国产和进口HBV DNA定量检测试剂盒的性能和应用。方法:同时用国产和进口HBVDNA定量检测试剂盒对200例临床血清样本进行检测,比较试剂的特异性、灵敏度和符合率,分析检测结果。结果:国产科华试剂的特异性为100%,而灵敏度(68.1%)和符合率(74.5%)均低于CAP/CTM系统;CAP/CTM系统与科华试剂相比,对相同标本检出的HBV DNA水平数值更高。结论:结合临床诊治和检测的效率、以及患者费用等各方面因素,可选择适当的检测试剂。Objective：To evaluate the performances of two HBV DNA quantification test kits and to assess the application of the two Kits in the clinical detection for HBV DNA load. Methods ： HBV DNA loads of 200 samples were tested by both of the two kits. The specificity, sensitivity and the coincidence rate of the reagents were com- pared and the results were analyzed statistically. Results： The specificity of Kehua HBV quantification kit was 100% , however both the sensitivity （68.1%） and the coincidence rate（74.5% ） of Kehua were lower than CAP/ CTM system. Compared to Kehua HBV quantification kit, CAP/CTM got a higher HBV DNA level for a same sam- ple. Conclusion ： According to the cost and efficiency of the tests and the clinical diagnosis and therapy, both CAP/ CTM HBV test and Kehua HBV quantification Kit should be chosen appropriately.
