摘　　要：提高生均拨款标准是增加教育投入的一项重大举措。应严格按照政策要求,采取超常措施,积极筹措资金,切实达到国家规定的目标。同时,要妥善处理各方面的关系,科学分配生均拨款,充分发挥其调控和导向作用,促进我国高等教育事业又好又快发展。Improving student unit funding standard is a major initiative to increase investment in education. We should be strict in accordance with the policy requirements, take extraordinary measures to raise funds actively, and meet the state target effectively. At the same time, we should properly deal with the various aspects of relationship, scientifically allocate student unit funding, and give full play to its regulation and guiding role to promote the sound and rapid development of higher education in our country.
