超快速液相色谱同时测定护肝胶囊中2种有效成分的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立护肝胶囊中五味子甲素和五味子乙素的超快速液相色谱测定方法。方法：色谱柱AgilentSB C18（100mm×4.6mm,1.8μm）;流动相：乙腈-水梯度洗脱;流速0.4 mL/min;柱温：40℃;检测波长：250 nm。结果：五味子甲素、五味子乙素进样量分别在0.016~0.323μg（r=0.999 0）、0.02~0.40μg（r=0.999 6）范围内有良好的线性关系。平均回收率分别为97.6%、98.9%;RSD分别为1.3%,1.1%（n=5）。结论：本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于护肝胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish a UFLC method for the determination of schisandrin A schisandrin B in Hugan Capsule.Methods The Agilent SB C18 column（100 mm×4.6 mm,1.8 μm）was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water Gradient elution with a flow rate 0.4 mL/min.The wavelength of detection was at 250 nm.Results There was a good linear relationship in the range of 0.016～0.323 μg（r=0.999 0）、0.02～0.40 μg（r=0.999 6）.The average recovery was 97.6%、98.9 and RSD=1.3% RSD=1.1%（n=5）.Conclusions The method is efficient and accurate with a good repeatability and can be used for the quality control of Hugan Capsule.
