推进我国农业工程科技创新的对策研究

摘　　要：文章从农业工程的内涵和农业工程科技的发展历程入手,分析了目前我国农业工程发展的现状和存在的问题,并提出了建立现代农业产业工程体系、建立具有农业工程特色的农业科技人才及其科研成果评价机制和加强农业工程科技人才培养等推进我国农业工程科技创新的对策建议,以期为进一步促进农业增效、农民增收和农业农村经济发展提供借鉴。Starting from the definition and history of the agricultural engineering （AE）, current situation and problems of AE were analyzed in the paper. Countermeasures were suggested from three ways： establishing a system of modern AE industries; building a specific evaluating mechanism for approval of AE studies, appraisal of AE professionals and judgment of AE achievements; and enhancing the training and education of AE specialists. All these will provide reference for increasing agricultural effect and farmers＇ incomes and promoting rural economy development.
