由共享成果引发的对农业科技系统离休干部待遇问题的思考

摘　　要：农业科技系统离休干部是党和国家的重要功臣和宝贵财富。文章总结分析了中国热带农业科学院落实离休干部待遇的主要成效和存在的问题,提出了新形势下农业科技系统让离休干部共享改革发展、经济发展、社会发展、文化发展和单位发展等五项成果,落实好政治、生活、社会、精神和亲情等五项待遇的思路与对策。Retired cadres of agricultural science and technology system are heroes and valuable wealth for China and Chinese Communist Party. Effect and problems of benefit retired cadres in Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences were summarized and analyzed in the paper. It was put forward that retired cadres should benefit from achievements in development of reform, economic development, social development, cultural development and development of unit, etc. The benefits include politics, life, society, spirit and the family＇s.
