摘　　要：该文分析外贸从业人员必须具备的技能和能力,结合相关的职业生涯规划理论,确立人才的工作描述、技能和能力的标准化,对国际商务专业等外贸类专业的人才培养进行探索。The article analyzes the the skills and capabilities of foreign-trade employees, combined with relevant career planning theory, establishing up job descriptions, skills and abilities of standardization. Article also explores professional （vocational） personnel training of international business and related classes.
