摘  要:基于温度传感器与其所处介质环境交换热能的速率和温度传感器的静态特性无关这样的认识,提出了无需利用温度传感器静态特性的热时间常数测量方法,推导出了温度传感器的热时间常数方程.该方法用两个不同大小的功率对同一个温度传感器进行两次恒功率加热,在这两次加热过程中,温度传感器的介质环境、传感器加热开始时的温度和传感器加热截止时的温度分别相同.根据两次加热过程所用的时间和功率就可以计算出温度传感器的热时间常数.该方法理论严谨,技术可行,无由温度传感器静态特性的离散性和非线性带来的测量误差,为准确测量接触式温度传感器的热时间常数提供了理论依据和技术手段.Basing on the cognition that the rate of thermal energy exchange between temperature sensor and the medium the sensor to be in is independent of the sensor's static characteristic, a measurement method of thermal time constant of temperature sensor is put forward, it does not use the sensor's static characteristic. The algebra equation of thermal time constant of temperature sensor is derived. On this method the same sensor is heated by constant power twice in two different power, in the two processes, the medium environment of the sensor, the sensor's temperature in the beginning of heating and the sensor~ s temperature in the ending of heating are the same as each other respectively. The thermal time constant of temperature sensor can be figured out according to the time and power in the two processes. The method is rigorous in theory, is feasible in tech nology, and has no measurement errors coming from the discreteness and nonlinearity of the sensor's static characteristic. It provides the theoretical basis and technical means for measuring thermal time constant of contact temperature sensor accurately.
