摘　　要：介绍了环氧模塑料在水密连接器接触件密封结构中的应用,叙述了其成型工艺、优点及实际应用效果。环氧模塑料制成的绝缘接触件具有良好的电性能和水密性能,特别是工艺一致性较好,产品质量较为稳定,绝缘耐压性能优异,耐水压能力很强,可以满足深海水密环境应用。在海洋开发的大背景下,环氧模塑料在水密连接器密封结构中的应用具有良好的前景。The application of epoxy molding compound in the sealing structure for contacts of watertight connector is introduced,the molding process,advantages and practical applications of the compound are described.The insulated contacts made of epoxy molding compound offers good electrical properties and waterproof performance,especially offers good consistency,and stable product quality,excellent insulation voltage withstanding,very strong anti-water-pressure capability,thereby meets the requirements for deep sea environment application.In the background of ocean development the application of epoxy molding compound in the sealing structure of watertight connectors has good prospect.
