摘　　要：局部放电水平是衡量交联电缆品质的一个重要指标。为此,对影响交联电缆局部放电水平的因素进行了详尽的分析。指出交联电缆生产时应对导体原材料、导体绞合、交联挤塑、金属屏蔽、电缆生产时防护等方面进行全面的质量控制,将会确保产品的质量,最终提高交联电缆的局部放电水平。Partial discharge level is an important target for XLPE cable.Therefore,the factors affecting partial discharge level of cross-linking cable are analyzed in detail.It is pointed out that the total quality management in the aspects of raw materials,conductor stranding,cross-linking extrusion,metal shielding,cable production protection,etc.will ensure the quality of the products,and ultimately improve the XLPE cable partial discharge level of XLPE cable.
