摘　　要：当前 ,我国的失业现象是经济体制转轨和产业结构调整的产物 ,又是二元经济结构的发展中国家不可避免的问题 ,同时是通货紧缩带来的效应。本文试图从宏观经济政策、金融政策、产业结构、社会保障等多角度 ,探讨最大限度地消除失业的措施。At present, unemployment is the result of economic system transfer and change in productive structure, as well as an unavoidable question of developing countries with two-factors economic structure, and unemployment is the responsiveness derived from current contraction. Based on macro-economic policy, financial policy, product structure, social ensurance, this article suggests the steps to alleviate unemployment.
