摘　　要：简要论述2012年上海市政府头号实事工程"加强居民小区消防安全建设和管理"的重要意义和实施内容,探讨徐汇区某老龄高层住宅楼消防实事项目设计工作各个环节的主要任务、遇到的问题及解决对策。This article briefly expounds the significance and implementation con tent of ＂strengthening fire safety construction and management of residential quarters＂, number one practical work project of Shanghai Municipal Government in 2012, and probes into major tasks, problems and solutions of various parts of practical work project of firefighting of an old high-rise residential building in Xuhui District.
