凉血止衄汤治疗鼻出血的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察凉血止衄汤治疗鼻出血的临床症状和体征情况,并对其有效性做出评价。方法:将144例患者按单纯随机单盲对照方法分为2组。治疗组72例,给予凉血止衄汤治疗,每日一剂共7天,对照组72例,给予安络血、维生素C治疗,每次安络血5mg,维生素C 0.2g口服,每日3次,共7天。比较2组观察。结果:治疗组疗效的治愈率和有效率均优于对照组,2组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:凉血止衄汤治疗鼻出血效果肯定,无毒副作用及不良反应。值得推广应用。Observe the curative effect of clinical signs and symptoms of nosebleed with cooling blood and hemostasis decoction and evaluating its effectiveness. Methods 144 patients were randomly and double - blindly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group covers 72 examples applying treatment of the cooling blood and hemosta- sis decoction with one dose of the drugs per day for 7 consecutive days. The comparison group covers 72 examples applying treatment of Adrenobazonum tablet 5rag , vitamin C 0.2g oral ingestion , 3 times a day for 7 consecutive days. Comparing the result in two observation groups. Results： The curative effect of the treatment group is better than the comparison group, two groups of comparisons has significant difference （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusions Cooling blood and hemostasis decoction is curative and effective on the treatment of nosebleed with non - toxic side effects and adverse reaction.
