摘　　要：介绍了Ф600mm穿孔机组的主要技术参数及整体结构特点,并对其应用的关键技术———新型顶杆顶头预旋转装置、上下导板装置、主机机架和轧辊等的结构设计进行分析说明。该穿孔机在应用过程中运行可靠,各项指标均达到设计要求,在穿制Ф400mm以上规格无缝钢管时经济效益显著。Described are the main aspects of the φ600 mm piercing mill line, including the main technical parameters and the characteristics of its structure as a whole. Also detailed and analyzed are the structure design concerning the key techniques as employed by the mill line, which involve the new type bar/plug pre-rotating device and the process, the upper and lower guide shoes, the housing and rolls of the mill proper. It is proved through the site operations that the piercing mill is capable of consistent running with all the target values up to the design requirements, and having high economic profitability, particularly in case of producing seamless steel pipes with OD above 400 mm.
