摘　　要：顶杆脱出装置是穿孔机后台顶杆循环系统中的关键设备,其功能是将顶杆从毛管中脱出。介绍一种新型顶杆脱出装置的设备组成、结构设计、驱动电机功率计算及工程应用情况。经理论分析和工程实际应用验证,该顶杆脱出装置具有生产效率高、结构强度好、操作灵活等特点,完全能够满足后台配备顶杆循环系统的高节奏、高产能穿孔机组的要求。As a critical part of the plug bar circulation system of the piercer outlet table, the plug bar strip- ping device is used to get the plug bar withdrawn out of the pierced shell. A new type plug bar stripping device is described here, covering such main aspects as equipment composition, structure design, drive motor power cal- culation and engineering application, etc. Based on relevant theoretical analysis and engineering practice verifi- cation, it is demonstrated that the said plug bar stripping device features high productivity efficiency, good structural strength, and operational flexibility, etc., being well-satisfactory to the normal operation of the plug bar circulation system as required by the piercing mill with quick operation cycle and high capacity.
