摘 要:以微波治疗妇科疾病为研究背景 ,建立了医用微波辐射器的场分布模型 ,分析了辐射器的近场分布特性。分析计算结果表明 ,辐射器的能量主要集中在其四周的近场 ,而辐射器顶端的场值很小 ,并且在人体组织内能量衰减很快。应用此种辐射器可以达到治疗某些妇科疾病的目的 ,不会对正常的人体组织产生影响。对所设计的辐射器 ,给出了在治疗中的某些测试结果。The near field distribution of the microwave radiator embedded in lossy media for uterus disease treament has been investigated in this paper. The results show that microwave energy mainly centers on the near field around the microwave radiator and the electric field strength at the top area of the microwave radiator is low. The energy around the radiator will decay quickly in the human tissues. This kind of radiator can be used for uterus diseases treatment and is safe to the normal tissues. Discussions have been made for the design and experiment of the radiator. The analysis in this paper will be useful for the design of the microwave radiator.
