康骨活血膏治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察康骨活血膏治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法按就诊日期分为试验组300例,采用康骨活血膏治疗,对照组100例给予麝香壮骨膏治疗;两组均治疗7 d后比较临床疗效。结果两组药物都具有一定的止痛作用,两组治疗前后疼痛、肿胀、瘀斑、活动功能、起效时间及变态反应率均有统计学差异(P<0.05);试验组治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且不良反应少。结论康骨活血膏治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤具有良好的止痛消肿作用,是一种安全、有效的药物。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of acute closed soft tissue injury with Kangguhuoxue Cream.Methods 400 patients with acute soft tissue injury were randomly divided into two groups.300 of these patients（the test group） were given musk bone paste treatment with Kangguhuoxue Cream while the rest served as control group that was treated with Shexiangzhuanggu Cream.Both groups were treated for 7 days after clinical efficacy.Results The two drugs had some analgesic effect.In treatment group,the drug was effective for comprehensive pain relief and reduction of swelling.There was significant difference in pain,swelling,ecchymosis,functional activity,onset time,and rates allergic reactions between the two groups.The cure rate was significantly higher in the treatment group,with fewer adverse reactions.Conclusion Kangguhuoxue Cream is a safe and effective drug for acute soft tissue injury.
