摘  要:连铸坯液芯末端位置及相关信息的准确获取对于改善铸坯偏析、缩松等内部缺陷,提高铸坯质量和生产效率具有重要意义。基于铸坯凝固末端检测技术研究与应用现状,围绕国内外该技术的开发和应用情况,阐述了各种方法的测量原理、特点、局限及实践中面临的主要问题。It is of great significance to accurately get the end position of the liquid core of a continuous casting slab and other related information with regard to decreasing internal defects of the slab such as the central segregation and shrinkage porosity and improving the quality of slabs and productivity.Based on the latest developments of studies on detection technology for final solidifying end of a continuous casting slab and current applications of this technology at home and abroad,several detection theories by using various detection methods and their characteristics,limitations and key problems during actual detection are introduced and discussed.
