摘　　要：针对鞍钢股份有限公司炼铁总厂2580 m3高炉炉缸局部环炭温度升高问题,采取了钒钛矿护炉、炉缸2段部分改高压水、堵风口降强度等一系列措施,确保了2580 m3高炉炉役末期安全生产,各项技术指标得到改善。With regard to the trouble of partial temperature-rising at carbon bricks in the hearth of 2580 m3 BF in General Ironmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,a series of measures are taken by using vanadium-titanomagnetite for furnace maintenance,partially using high pressure water for cooling at the secondary cooling zone along the hearth and reducing the strength by plugging tuyeres.After these measures are taken the safe operation of the 2580 m3 BF can be achieved and all technical and economic indexes are improved.
