电子商务专业高职毕业生就业质量分析

摘　　要：就业质量是衡量高职院校毕业生就业情况的一项重要指标，为了提高我系电子商务毕业生的就业质量，针对我系电子商务专业2010-2012届毕业生的就业状况进行问卷调查，就毕业生的就业单位性质、薪资水平、人职匹配度等相关问题作了分析，并针对调查结果中出现的问题提出可行建议。The employment quality is a measure of the employment situation of graduates of higher vocational colleges is an important index, in order to improve our electronic commerce employment quality of the graduates, in my professional e-commerce 2010-2012 graduates employment status questionnaire investigation, on the graduates＇ employment units of matter, pay level, match degree and other related issues are analyzed, according to the survey results in .the problems and put forward feasible suggestions.
