摘　　要：加强石化企业文化建设是增强石化企业凝聚力和战斗力的重要措施，广大干部职工必须突破传统观念的束缚，自觉从以往的浅层次的工作意识中摆脱出来，牢固树立石化企业文化建设是激发企业的凝聚力和战斗力，维护企业和谐稳定的重要举措的思想，切实把石化企业文化建设摆在突出的位置。Strengthen the enterprise culture construction is to enhance the petrifaction of petrifaction enterprise cohesion and combat effectiveness of the important measures, broad cadre worker must break through traditional idea manacle, perceived from previous superficial awareness of the work out, firm establish petrifaction enterprise culture construction is to stimulate the enterprise＇s cohesion and combat effectiveness, to safe guard enterprise harmony and stability of the important thoughts petrochemical enterprise cultural construction, cogent place in prominent place.
