动态血糖仪监测老年糖尿病患者无症状性低血糖的临床研究

摘　　要：目的动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)对老年无症状性低血糖的研究。方法对确诊的62例老年糖尿病患者,相对血糖控制良好,在同时间内接受动态血糖监测系统及普通快速血糖检查,将两种检查结果进行对比分析。结果动态血糖监测系统与普通快速血糖对低血糖的检出率分别是77.42%和19.35%,二者之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动态血糖监测系统具有操作简易、损伤小、取血少、结果准确、佩带舒适等优点逐渐用于临床,能降低老年无症状低血糖的风险。Objective The study of continuous glucose monitoring system（CGMS） for elderly patients with asymptomatic hypoglycemia.Methods 62 cases of elderly patients with diabetes who the relative blood glucose control was good,accepted glucose monitoring system and rapid blood glucose testing at the same time,both test results were analyzed.Results Continuous glucose monitoring system with normal fasting blood sugar hypoglycemia detection rate WAS 77.42% and 19.35%,respectively,the difference between the two groups was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Glucose monitoring systems can reduce the risk of elderly patients with asymptomatic hypoglycemia.
