不同钙磷比例摄入对产褥期妇女骨钙代谢及骨密度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨不同钙磷比例摄入对产褥期妇女骨钙代谢及骨密度的影响。方法选取正常产妇180例,根据自愿随机分为3组,每组60例;对照组(仅喝牛奶未补片剂钙或极少量补片剂钙者),试验1组(从孕中期规律补充片剂三维葡磷钙咀嚼片至分娩,1d3次,1次2片),试验2组(从孕中期规律补充片剂维D2磷葡钙片至分娩,1d3次,1次2片)。产后3d内使用以色列Sunlight公司生产的Omnisense骨密度测量仪对孕产妇左股骨颈的骨密度进行测定,比较各组孕产妇骨密度。结果对照组孕产妇骨密度明显低于两实验组(P<0.01),试验1组孕产妇骨密度与试验2组骨密度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠和哺乳期妇女骨密度降低,补充合适钙磷比例(2:1)的钙剂更适合骨钙的吸收利用。Objective To evaluate the influence of different calcium and phosphorus intake ratios on the bone calcium metabolism and the bone mineral density of puerperal women.Methods One hundred and eighty normal puerperal volunteers were randomly divided into three groups,with 60 puerperae in each group,namely the control group （only drink milk,supplemented with no calcium tablet or a very small amount of calcium tablet）,the experiment group 1 （supplemented with two tablets of Trivitamin and Calcium Gluconate,Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate Chewable Tablets each time and three times a day regularly from the second trimester until delivery） and the experiment group 2 （were supplemented with two tablets of Vitamin D2 Calcium Phosphate and Calcium Gluconate Tablets each time and three times a day regularly from the second trimester until delivery）.Within 3 postpartum days,the bone mineral density in the left femoral neck of the puerperae was measured using the Omnisense bone densitometer produced by Israel Sunlight Corporation.Then the bone mineral density of each group was compared.Results The control group was significantly lower than the two experiment groups in the bone mineral density （P 0.01）.The experiment group 1 was significantly different from the experiment group 2 in the bone mineral density （P 0.05）.Conclusion The bone mineral density of puerperal and lactating women reduces.Supplementing the calcium agent with an appropriate ratio of calcium and phosphorus （2：1） is more conducive to the absorption and utilization of bone calcium.
