摘 要:目的:目前研究重点在于体育院校的学生,只是局部、分散性地进行研究,还没有将普通高校学生裁判能力与体育课堂、课外活动、体育社团以及社会体育进行有机地联系起来,基于此,本文将普通高校学生裁判能力培养进行调查研究。方法:本文采用问卷调查法对浙江省10所高校的456名学生的裁判能力培养情况进行了调查。结果:表明在普通高校体育课上体育裁判培养对于促进大众健身开展和提高学生自身技能等具有重要意义。目前普通高校学生在裁判理论知识认知上还是在临场实践经历上都比较缺乏。提出有效提高大学生裁判能力的途径和方法,并且构建了培养普通高校大学生体育裁判能力培养指标体系模型,主要由专业能力、基本能力、身体素质、心理素质、道德素质等因子组成。结论:普通高校学生裁判能力培养方面存在一定问题,但是提出了构建模型,为下一步的改革提供了参考意见。Objective:Based on less analysis on combination between cultivation of the students’ ability in sports referee and sports activities,Extracurricular and social activities,Cultivation of the students’ ability in sports referee in zhejiang universities was stduied in this paper.Methods: By using questionaire method,456 students from 10 university in zhengjiang universities were investigated in the paper.Results:the results indicated that the cultivation of sports referee was benificial to improving the development of popular exercise and the techniques of students.At present college students in the theoretical knowledge of cognitive or on the spot practice is lack of experience.Improving college students' referee ability put forward effective way and method And the model of the cultivation of the students’ ability in sports referee was constructed including special abilities factor,Basic abilities,Body quantities factor,Psychological factor and ethics factor.Conclusions:There was some problems in the cultivation of the students’ ability in sports referee and the constructive model was brought forard,Which provided referee for reforms.
